Dear Friends, Keepers of the Flame, TC and Study Group Members,
Ever wonder how the Summit Lighthouse is changing the world?
How Has Your Participation in the Summit Lighthouse
Benefitted and Changed Your Life?
Please join us on a March 26th zoom call to participate in a research project that will help answer that question.
The purpose is to learn from members of our worldwide community about how they have been affected by being part of an Ascended Masters organization. The session will use an appreciative inquiry methodology, a positive discussion tool that focuses organizations on learning from what is working and how they can do more of that. This project began at the 2025 Freedom Class Leadership Round Table.
This follow-up event will allow you to share your experiences and help us discover more stories and insights.
The results of your sharing will be published for the 2026 Freedom Class in two forms:
1). A poster summarizing everyone’s answers that you may hang in your center
2). A listing of people’s detailed answers available on our community website.

HANDOUTS
Now, to prepare we have crafted a Quick Start and Leader’s Guide Sheets to get you started. You may recall a packet of information sent out by the Spiritual Community team in November. Great! if you have already started working with it. However, for those of us who need the “Cliff note” version please look for these attached forms:
- The Quick Start Guide:“Two Keys for Those Working on the Gratitude Wall as a Group.” We would love for you to read it now so you will know WHY your sharing is important for the Gratitude Chart.
- Describes the entire process
- Gives you sample stories that have been shared
- Offers tips to get started for the group or individual activity
- Leader’s Guide for Groups: In case you would like to make this a festive group activity we are providing our leaders with the “Leader Guide to the TSL Appreciative Inquiry” as a step-by-step guide to forge ahead with suggestions to support your creative fun way of storytelling during the Christmas activities you are planning.

- Share your answers in your “Gratitude Sharing” event by January 15th (or ASAP)
- Step 4 and e-Mail in your answers to The Summit Lighthouse
